Does it exist?

The German CD, Mambo Confusion was made in 1991 by Yma Sumac herself. Since she used recordings owned by EMI / Capitol Records and did not bother to get their permission, the record was pulled for copyright violation. It is hard to find because it was in the stores for only a few months and was never imported to the U.S. Complete information about it can be found in the Discography. There was also a 12" LP version.
