Recording Details
Rare, Live performance from Brazil in 1958 was broadcast on Rádio Guaira and has never been released commercially but this copy, which is from the original radio studio tapes, is in the Archives. All front, back and disk text is in Portuguese and the title shows the spelling of Yma Sumac's name as it was commonly used in Brazil: Ymma Sumack. This was a brief performance and notable for being one of the few known recordings of the Queen of the Night Mambo.
A copy exists in the Archives in case there are specific questions about it. The Tiki logo is not on the actual artwork.
