Other notes:

  • Except for some very early boxed set releases of Voice of the Xtabay and Legend of the Sun Virgin that came out before the proper sleeves were printed, the 7" version of Flahooley was the only true Boxed EP.
  • Legend of the Jivaro saw the last release of the EP format and this time it was a three disk set due to the length of the album. Double EPs and boxed sets were gone by then.
  • Fuego del Ande was released only on 12" LP as both monophonic and stereo versions, each having been recorded separately and neither were reissued onto any other vinyl format.
  • A version of Voice of the Xtabay was released in Duophonic which was a simulated stereo conversion from the monophonic recording.
  • Fuego del Ande was the only true stereo recording by Yma Sumac on the Capitol Records label
The following are the original first pressing releases with any others being considered reissues. Select the title to see all releases of the recording.

The following recordings with this title are among those released
Please note that these are not necessarily sorted in the exact order they were released and the list is not all inclusive: there are likely many other releases as well. Generally the 78 sets were first, then the 7" boxed sets, then the EPs and 10" LPs followed of course by the 12" LPs, 8-tracks, cassettes and CDs.
